Is there any repercussions from hemorrhoids surgery?

I developed small hemorrhoids after I gave birth to child one year ago. I didn't noticed it for six to eight month but after that I experienced too much pain and discomfort which was really difficult for me to withstand. Is there anyone who have undergone hemorrhoids surgery? Is there any risk or repercussions from hemorrhoids surgery? Tell me about if there any other alternative.

Have you tried all other method of hemorrhoids treatment? In many cases, hemorrhoids can be managed by using homeopathic remedies hemorrhoids and through natural home treatments.
